Holly Benson
Chief Executive Officer

Holly has a long history in health care. She served as a member of Centene Corporation’s Executive Team, Secretary of Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration, Secretary of Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation, a Florida State Representative and a municipal bond lawyer.

She has worked with health care leaders across the country and knows how important it is to have a talented and engaged workforce. She is a graduate of Washington High School in Pensacola, Dartmouth College and the University of Florida College of Law.​

Ross Overstreet
Chief Technology Officer

Ross has decades of experience in developing software that simplifies business processes. He founded Rev.io in 2002 and sold it in 2020. Rev.io provides billing, customer management, and business management automation for communications and technology service providers.

Prior to that, Ross founded and sold two other companies, one in telecom billing and one in internet security. Now, he is using his experience to build Talent Pronto’s modern hiring solutions.

Brittany has more than 20 years of experience developing marketing strategies and processes that enable businesses to generate more leads with a focus on efficiency.

She managed day-to-day operations, client strategy, and founded the digital arm for an agency that handled renowned brands across the U.S. She's using her experience to help the Talent Pronto team develop innovative solutions to healthcare hiring.
